The scope of work entails perfecting securities, financing and refinancing projects, debt restructuring and consolidation, drafting agreements, and protecting clients’ interests. To purchasers, vendors, and developers, we talk with you from the inception of the transaction to completion, providing timely updates and legal advice, taking into consideration the economic implications and mitigating attendant legal risks.

We represent banks and miro-finance institutions, SACCOs and credit institutions in perfecting securities in the Lands Registry and under the Movable Securities Act 2017. We take pride in representing off-plan purchasers and walking with them throughout the transaction.

We also prepare and register leases, lease agreements, tenancy agreements, powers of attorney, rental assignments, licenses and other conveyancing-related instruments.
