The area offers training on legal compliance in various factors and draft pieces of legislation and regulations for county governments and trade unions, among other entities.

The department undertakes general consultancies which entail reviewing/drafting employment agreements, insurance policies, covers and proposal forms, letters of offer, loan and facility agreements, guarantees and indemnitites, debentures, charges, chattels mortgages, credit, deeds of surrender, hire purchase agreements, and debt restructuring and consolidation agreements.
