This area reviews laws on an ongoing basis and advises our clients on compliance and legal developments that may affect their industry, emerging legal risks, and risk mitigation measures. The area offers training on legal compliance in various factors and draft pieces of legislation and regulations for county governments and trade unions, among other entities.

The department undertakes general consultancies which entail reviewing/drafting employment agreements, insurance policies, covers and proposal forms, letters of offer, loan and facility agreements, guarantees and indemnitites, debentures, charges, chattels mortgages, credit, deeds of surrender, hire purchase agreements, and debt restructuring and consolidation agreements.

We support firms in developing and auditing management systems in areas of anti-bribery and corruption, human resource and governance to ensure compliance with national and international laws and sandards.
